You access a private area belonging to an iRaiser Client

Authorized iRaiser employees can access the application back-office in the folllowing cases:

  • when the customer requests iRaiser's assistance in operating the application,
  • for any question requiring consultation of transactions,
  • for supervising and restoring proper functioning of the platform,
  • as part of a maintenance operation,
  • to intervene in the event of fraudulent use of the application by a third party.

Any connection made in another context is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious fault engaging the responsibility of the offender.
